Recommend A Host

I need to put together a comparrison of web hosting packages for a project I'm involved in. I've already got prices from SiteHQ but I need a few others.

Basically I need:

Must be Linux
Disk Space: 250-500MB
Bandwidth: 2-3GB
Must Run PHP
Must Run MYSQL
Ideally have PHPMyAdmin but any database management software would be okay
Not fused about the backend software Plesk, CPanel, anything
Must be able to have at least 2 databases
Must be able to have at least 2 mailboxes
Up time isn't too big an issue but something reliable
Must have FTP account

Price wise I don't want to be paying more than £70 per annum at absolute tops and as SiteHQ come in at £50 I'm looking to either beat that on price or features/service

Any suggestions

EDIT: Anyone heard of EUKHost.com? http://www.eukhost.com/cpanel-web-hosting.php Their prices are REALLY, REALLY cheap!! What's the catch?

Sub £50 for that, and you won't be getting much in terms of support. Last I saw, SiteHQ were using Rackspace for their UK hosting, which to me, would be extremely beneficial, as you'd know that there would be both SiteHQ staff, and Rackspace staff available to sort out any issue. RS also have good connectivity

What's teh difference between a dSLR @£1k, and a point and shoot camera at £30? Nothing surely, as they both produce a photo.

Cheap isn't always good! They might still be a host, but to be hosting at that price, they have to be cutting corners somewhere!

The puzzling thing for me, is that the footer says (C) 2001-2008, but the company was only incorporated in 2005...

I've never experienced better support than provided by SiteHQ

Clook and Sitehq always seem to be recommended on here, I have been with Clook for about 4yrs now and the support and updates on servers, reminders if patches for scripts are available etc is first rate. I have also heard some good things about aventure hosting but not used myself.

Give http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk/ a try. The best I have used so far. They are very quick to respond to any queries and have been really good in getting my site up and running with no problems at all.

Clook - unsurpassed. The support really is extraordinary and they don't stuff their servers either. Daily, weekly and monthly backups (they really do it, not just promise it) plus top notch kit including raid. Hosting available in the UK or US. Not the cheapest but still very good value. You won't regret it.

Streamline.net have been great for me. Any problems and they've fixed it quickly, price is low and its been reliable.
