overflow: auto & css

I've got a problematic template that incorporates an overflow: auto on a div.  Is it possible to give the scrollbar a nice style using css?

AFAIK only in IE.

http://www.hesido.com/web.php?page=customscrollbar has an accessible cross browser script. Not sure of that's of use.

Thanks Guys.  I went with an unstyled one - it's good enough as it'll only be seen in rare curcumstances.
