#3 is indeed true. Supplying hosting also makes you somehow responsible for setting up their Outlook Express.

I had endless phone calls from a client who had issues with his internet connection which clearly meant he had issues with sending and receiving his email which in his eyes was my problem!

Said client is now an Ex-Client
