Domain Registration query

HI All,
Well a client bought a domain from Internetters Ltd which was then transferred to my 123-Reg account, and upon advise I was "asked" to transfer it back to Internetters, which has all been done. When originally at Internetters the domain's. At the first stage when bought from Internetters the domain's DNS zones were all visible and editable, when transferred to 123-Reg these all seemed to transfer to 123-Reg but on transferring back to Internetters they don't appear at Internetters but still visible at 123-Reg.
(i)Don't they go as part and parcel of the registration?
(ii)If not, how did they go to 123-Reg form Internetters on the first transfer? Although transferred back to Internetters, the domain is still visible in my 123-Reg account.
I spoke to Internetters and they said the site is still hosted at SiteHQ, which I know as it's on my account there, but that's just the nameservers pointing to my SiteHQ account and MX/A records pointing from the server to client's firewall (although could this be the issue)? And they say they can't do anything unless I buy a hosting package.... I don't think that should be strictly true should it?
I have been in touch with 123-Reg (well TuCows) and they say the domain has nothing to do with them and the settngs are all visible by Internetters.... but they haven't explained why I still have the domain in my 123-Reg account....

I've found domains transferred out of 123-reg in the past still get left in your domain list. Others that have expired months, years ago also stay there. But if the tag is now at internetters (if it's a UK domain) or if it's definitely transferred over then ignore the one in 123-reg.
As for Internetters saying you need to buy hosting, then I would advise your client that internetters is a waste of time, they're more expensive for domains anyway from what I've seen, and get them moved back to 123-reg where you can control what's going on. Internetters don't want to do just domain control, which makes sense as it isn't a profit maker really. Most places won't take on a domain without hosting purchased.
However you moved the domain to Internetters when you didn't have to. I'd get it back into 123-reg where you at least have more control over it.

They, Internetters, do seem con-merchants (note the use of "seem" nothing libelous here honest), as once you have purchased the hosting package from them you are able to change the nameservers... and thus incur another hosting fee elsewhere.....

Part of the ufindus/iomart group - I'd personally avoid at all costs.
(Google will tell you more).

Just inform your client that they don't need to use Internetters but by using them it will cost £X more to do the same job that you can do with your own registrar. I can't remember how much domains are but I'm sure they're around £30-45 per 2 years for a UK domain. That's a bit more expensive that 123-reg. Plus the hosting package on top.
Leave them. Simplest solution
