HI All,
One of my clients has just added email accounts for his new site to his Outlook but has now run into problems.

Eh? For him to look on Google? Just what I did, and sent him the links, I can only ASSUME that he has read them and followed their advice. But it looks as though I'll have to drive over to his place and read them out to him..... dry

Does your client use VPN? If not then the first two suggestions will have confused the heck out of them and they probably didn't get to link 3 or 4 that is probably more accurate for their problem.

Guess I should have explained to him what a VPN is.... oops.... I don't use one but did years ago... poor guy.... Will have to get in touch with him....
