Does anyone know if this is possible?

I'm writing our Studio Manual in M$ Word and it's going to be a long and complex document so I'm going to create a Contents page which people can then click on to jump to the respective page. That bit is simple. However in the body of the manual I'm also going to have bits like "See Page x for further details". Is there a way of inserting some kind of named anchor so that the user could then click on that page number and be taken to that page? I thinking along the lines of a named anchor because as this manual grows and gets revised the page numbers are almost certainly going to change so, if it's possible I'd like it to auto update. i.e. lets say I have some text saying "See Page 10 for further details" and this is a clickable link that would take the user to page 10, but then lets say I move the content that is on Page 10 to Page 11, the link would then auto update to say "See Page 11 for further details".

So a two part question:

1. How do you create links within a word document
2 Can they be set to auto update if the content is moved to another page

View Word's help on "cross references"
Should give you all the info you need for your version of word and yes they do update if the content moves as they use names rather than page numbers.

It'll be under Insert but you need to read the help to see how to set up the items you want to link to.
